Be at Arsenal's Emirates stadium in 15 minutes and catch a football game, or if you can't get tickets go to the Twelve Pins pub to get the full live football atmosphere. Head down to Green Lanes and dine in one of the many restaurants and visit the Old Ale Emporium for a traditional British pub, just a 2 minute walk. Take a walk around Finsbury Park and maybe hire a rowing boat for an hour, or perhaps play basket ball on one of the basket ball courts. Or if bowling is your thing, Rowan's Tenpin Bowling is a short hop away. If live music or comedy is for you, The Finsbury will be able to keep you entertained all evening. All guests are asked to respect our neighbours and have a strict quiet policy between the hours of 10.30pm to 7am. Failure to comply with this rule will unfortunately result in a £150 surcharge.

Guest Access

You have the apartment entirely to yourself with its own independent access. An early 2pm check in and a 12 noon late check out can be arranged at an additional cost of £30 each, paid after booking directly to the host. As part of the early check in you are welcome to drop your luggage off from 12 noon however, the cleaning team need until 2pm to visit the apartment.

The space comprises of 1 double bed on the mezzanine platform and one fold out, king size sofa bed in the living room. The apartment comes equipped with a kitchen with full cooking facilities along with a dining table for 4 people. The apartment has a dishwasher along with a washer/dryer machine.

Just a Few Things to Know Before You Arrive 😊 Once you've booked, we'll send over a quick link for you to confirm your contact details, verify your ID (passport or driving licence), and set up a £150 pre-authorised security deposit. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged unless something major happens during your stay. This is just a safety step and the hold will automatically lift 3 days after check-out. The deposit is there for peace of mind — think significant damage or a serious noise complaint. We’re very understanding: the odd broken glass or a bit of excited chatter is no problem at all! That said, we do have a strict no party policy. Our place is for relaxing stays, not big gatherings. If you're planning a celebration, we kindly ask that you do so elsewhere — we really want to respect our neighbours and the calm atmosphere of the building. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am, and to help with that, the apartment has a noise monitor (it only measures volume — never records sound). If things go above 85 decibels for more than 10 minutes during quiet hours, we’ll gently check in to ask that the volume be turned down. In the rare case of ongoing noise, a night guard might be called by the building — and in those extreme situations, especially if a party is involved, the deposit could be used to cover any issues. Lastly, access details for the apartment will only be sent once ID is verified and the security deposit is set up. It’s quick and easy — promise! Thanks so much for understanding. Really loved our stay here, perfect for 4. Really large sofa bed, was a lovely surprise! So close to the station and near by lots of places for food/drink. Place was spotless and really easy to check-in and out. No complaints at all! Thanks again!

Great place to stay, clean and lots of space. Really nice interior and interesting place. It’s a 20 min walk from Finsbury Park station but easy to get around from there. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay in one of my favourite parts of North London, being a stone's throw from the Haringay station, as well as Turnpike Lane and Crouch End. It's proximity to Alexandra Palace and the New River Path provided me much needed respite. Plus, it's proximity to Moorgate/Liverpool Street and Kings Cross cannot be beat. The flat is clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished. It doesn't overwhelm with clutter and has a very calm sense of space.

Excellent location. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. Right beside the train line making it easy to get to anywhere else in London. There’s a cute tapas place next door which was a great late night dinner stop.

This was just a perfect find. There were 4 of us who stayed for the weekend. The space is small but so well laid out and very nicely decorated - we had such a lovely stay. There was a very comfortable double bed and an equally comfortable sofabed. the area was very quiet, convenient for train services (tube is a little further away), but suited us perfectly. The space was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Kitchen had lots of crockery and cutlery and there were lots of big fluffy towels for us. Chris reached out to us to ensure our stay was comfortable and if we needed anything. We would happily stay here again.

Harringay overground station is a 30 second walk away, where you can take a train one stop to Finsbury Park and get either the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus (18mins) for shopping on Oxford Street, or get the Piccadilly line to Leicester Square (22mins) and see a west end show. If flying into Stanstead Airport you can be at the apartment within an hour, by taking the Standstead Express to Tottenham Hale and then the Victoria line to Finsbury Park with a short hop on the overground train to Harringay.
