Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring total privacy and a peaceful stay. The apartment is located on the third floor (4 storeys in total). There is lift access to the apartment and is wheelchair accessible if required. Whether you're visiting London for a relaxing weekend, a cultural adventure, or simply to enjoy the charm of a quieter neighbourhood, this Fulham apartment offers a calm and welcoming base to return to—every single day. An early 2pm check in and a 12 noon late check out can be arranged at an additional cost of £30 each, paid after booking directly to the host. As part of the early check in you are welcome to drop your luggage off from 12 noon however, the cleaning team need until 2pm to visit the apartment.

Located on the border of Fulham and West Kensington, you’ll be within easy reach of excellent restaurants, charming pubs, and everyday conveniences. Whether you’re craving fine dining or a laid-back local experience, you’ll find it just a short walk away. Well Connected for Exploring the City West Brompton Underground Station is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment, offering quick and easy connections to central London and beyond. You’ll be perfectly placed to explore cultural treasures like the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and the Victoria and Albert Museum—all just a few stops away. For Football Fans Football lovers will be pleased to know that both Stamford Bridge (home of Chelsea FC) and Craven Cottage (home of Fulham FC) are within a 15-minute walk, making this a great base for catching a game or soaking up the local sporting energy.

Just a Few Things to Know Before You Arrive 😊 Once you've booked, we'll send over a quick link for you to confirm your contact details, verify your ID (passport or driving licence), and set up a £200 pre-authorised security deposit. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged unless something major happens during your stay. This is just a safety step and the hold will automatically lift 3 days after check-out. The deposit is there for peace of mind — think significant damage or a serious noise complaint. We’re very understanding: the odd broken glass or a bit of excited chatter is no problem at all! That said, we do have a strict no party policy. Our place is for relaxing stays, not big gatherings. If you're planning a celebration, we kindly ask that you do so elsewhere — we really want to respect our neighbours and the calm atmosphere of the building. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am, and to help with that, the apartment has a noise monitor (it only measures volume — never records sound). If things go above 85 decibels for more than 10 minutes during quiet hours, we’ll gently check in to ask that the volume be turned down. In the rare case of ongoing noise, a night guard might be called by the building — and in those extreme situations, especially if a party is involved, the deposit could be used to cover any issues. Lastly, access details for the apartment will only be sent once ID is verified and the security deposit is set up. It’s quick and easy — promise! Thanks so much for understanding.
