Very neat and well equipped flat in Newington green. Chris was easy to communicate with. The flat is in a great spot close to lots of fantastic restaurants and parks. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place First I must comment on the sleeper Sofa we are 66&72 and the sofa bed was good to sleep on most have the bar going through the middle of your back but not this one very comfortable and we slept on it 2 nights no problem good quality sofa bed and it’s a queen size plenty of room to turn in bed the place was clean a few stairs to go down but nothing crazy maybe 10 steps I would feel comfortable staying there again for a longer stay with 4 adults it was very quiet I only heard a small child playing upstairs once and it was like 11AM as we got a late start but it wasn’t loud very quiet and private garden area is a nice place to sit great value

My family and I could not have been more impressed with our experience! The unit was STUNNING and WELCOMING! Everything was clean and well maintained. The host had provided clear and helpful directions on how to check-in and how to use just about everything in the flat. If we had questions, he was always responsive and friendly. It was really convenient for accessing public transport and had easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This is the most beautiful property I've rented on airbnb. It looks even better than the pictures and it is so comfortable with lots of space to sit around and chat, eat, cook. Would definitely recommend it! And Chris is super nice and accommodating.

The apartment was exactly as described, spacious, well appointed and spotless. Ten minutes walk from two different tube stations so very easy to get about. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Clear instructions and quick response from host on a couple of minor queries. It proved to be an ideal base for a family holiday to London.

My friends and I just had a lovely 2 night stay at this flat beside Finsbury Park. It was identical to pictures that had been posted and everything was spotless and easy to find. The host, Chris, was very quick and responsive to any questions I had regarding the stay. Would recommend to anybody who is visiting the area in the future!!

The location is good. Very close to bus and metro stations. There are plenty of eateries, produce markets, and supermarkets just around the corner. The facilities are functional. The washer/dryer makes life easier for us travelers. Thanks for providing plenty of toilet paper and paper towel. The host/manager Chris was very responsive , caring, and flexible. There was a minor glitch during our last night of stay, but he solved the problem promptly and satisfactorily once reported.

The flat is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is a quiet and peaceful retreat whilst being extremelly close to the train line which grants quick and easy access to different parts of London. Chris was always available and an extremelly helpful and lovely host. I thank you very much for my marvelous stay in London. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others!

The Penthouse really lived up to its name providing a peaceful retreat while being closely connected to centre of town. We travelled as a family of four for two nights visiting London and a night at the theatre and it was just perfect. The accommodation is perfectly setup as both a base to just rest but equally with everything you could need to spend time relaxing and enjoying time together. The living accommodation provides lots of room and facilities and is the perfect place to chill with friends or family, enjoying lovely views across the rooftops. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sumptuous and perfect after a long day having fun. With great connection on the UG (District line) into town to top it off, we will definitely stay again when visiting London. Nothing!

good location, not far from the center, 10 minutes from two metro stations. shops, bars, coffee nearby. clean bathroom, kitchen has all the necessary utensils. chris is super, helped us when we forgot our medicines. Highly recommend to stay in this apartments.
